Run SETUP.EXE and follow its instructions. If Windows XP prevents you from running this program, then navigate to its file in Windows Explorer or My Computer (click on Start and then My Computer), right click on this file, select Properties and then click on Unblock. Click OK and try again to run SETUP.EXE.
Afterwards, click on Start, (All) Programs, FileJockey Software, AnnWebLinks and AnnWebLinks Application. You may also want to look at the Read Me and Documentation files.
