DiskSizes 1.0 shows status information about your computer's drives. This information includes cluster size, free space and total size. Files are stored in an integral number of clusters (or allocation units). This information may be useful when you are storing a large number of small files. Also measures a folder's disk use and displays the number of folders, number of files and sum of the file sizes. This total disk use may be relative to the cluster size on any of your computer's drives. This information may be useful when you are copying or moving a folder. DiskSizes is freeware, requires Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 with I.E. 3.0 or higher, and does not contain any adware or spyware. (Released on 2-July-2008. ) DiskSizes 1.0

1 Shows disk cluster sizes. Cluster size is the amount of disk space a 1-byte file uses on a specified disk. Files are stored in an integral number of clusters. This is a measure of disk-use efficiency.
2 Shows free space. Shows available space for storing files.
3 Shows total sizes. Having this information on a single screen may be helpful for comparing disks.
4 Sort-by-column buttons Rearranging the rows may simply comparisons.
5 Number options Users may prefer a different thousands separator or number of decimal places.
6 Measure screen Calculates accurate disk use relative to a reference disk.
7 Reference disk This is the target disk for copying or moving a folder.
